EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete article, contact Rayee within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. Approved returns must be sent within 3 days of authorisation. Items showing wear, fragrance, alteration or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.

SIZE EXCHANGES

A size exchange is subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for return delivery charges unless Rayee sent an incorrect or defective item.

PROCESSING

After inspection, approved exchanges are normally processed within 4–6 working days. Sale items and items that do not meet the conditions above are not eligible. Cash refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law.
