DELIVERY DETAILS

Everything you need to know about receiving your Rayee order across Pakistan.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Orders are normally delivered within 5–7 working days after confirmation. During collection launches, public holidays or high-volume periods, dispatch may require a little longer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the email address or mobile number supplied at checkout. Please ensure your contact details and complete delivery address are correct.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel leaves our facility, tracking information will be shared where available. Courier updates may take several hours to appear after dispatch.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner may contact you before delivery. Please keep your phone available. If a parcel cannot be delivered after the courier’s permitted attempts, it may be returned to Rayee and redelivery charges may apply.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver within Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 20,000 qualify for complimentary standard delivery. Remote-area timing can vary according to courier availability.
